Getting to the studio

The studio is on Yaroslaviv Val St, a short walk from Zoloti Vorota metro and a few minutes uphill from the Podil end of the street. No car needed, and the walk is flat until the last stretch.

On foot from the metro

  1. Leave Zoloti Vorota station by the exit towards Yaroslaviv Val.
  2. Walk down Yaroslaviv Val for about 7 minutes, past the bookshops.
  3. At number 15, turn into the courtyard on the right side of the street.
  4. Take the second door on the left. The studio bell is marked with a sage sign.

Finding the door

The entrance is inside the courtyard, not on the street, so the first visit usually needs one extra look. Come up to the second floor and wait in the small lobby; your instructor meets you there 10 minutes before the class starts and shows you where to leave your coat and shoes.

What to wear for a first class

  • Fitted but stretchy clothes, a t-shirt and leggings or light trousers work well.
  • Bare feet or grip socks. We lend non-slip socks if you forget yours.
  • A water bottle and a small towel. Mats, blocks and straps stay at the studio.
  • Leave the rest in the lockers by the lobby, including your phone.

Bring a booking request first: use the request form. Instructor names and start times for every class are listed on the weekly schedule.
