These Terms govern your use of navoriat.com and booking of yoga and pilates classes by navoriat.com LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and classes: Bookings are subject to availability. You must provide accurate information. We may cancel or reschedule classes; we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
Introductory offer: New clients may be eligible for an introductory offer as described on the site. The offer is subject to eligibility, may be used once, and cannot be combined with other promotions. We may withdraw or modify the offer at any time before booking.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX or other mandatory laws.
Complaints and dispute resolution: For complaints, contact us at contact@navoriat.com. You may also contact the competent consumer protection authority. Distance consumers have the right to information about complaint procedures under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 3153-IX.
Legal compliance: We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII (providing our name, registration, location, email, and phone), the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3814-IX (processing personal data and cookies consent), the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX (cookies and tracking), the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII (consumer information in Ukrainian), and the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР (truthful advertising).
