Step progression

Which step fits you

Four steps take you from your first hour on the mat to a practice you can keep. Every step is taught by an instructor who stays with the group, and no class ever holds more than eight mats.

  1. Foundations

For anyone who has never taken a movement class, or has been away from one for years. Breathing, standing alignment and simple floor shapes, shown slowly and repeated until they feel familiar.

  2. Guided Basics

For students who have finished the first step and want longer sequences. The instructor names each transition out loud, so you are never guessing which shape comes next.

  3. Steady Practice

For those who can move through a full class without stopping to watch. Work moves toward building strength, balance and ease of movement, at a pace the group keeps together.

  4. Confident Flow

For regular students ready to hold positions longer and trust their own timing. Still led, still capped at eight mats, still checked by the instructor.

04 steps

The four steps in detail

Every class belongs to exactly one step. You move on when your instructor confirms you are ready, never on a fixed timetable.

  1. Foundations: breath and gentle range

Your first weeks on the mat. Everything happens seated or lying down, with a block or bolster within reach.

Taught here: diaphragmatic breathing, cat-cow, supported bridge, seated forward fold, knee-to-chest.

Carries into step 02: a steady breath and a clear sense of where your body stops today.

    Times
    Mon & Wed 18:30, Sat 10:00
    Length
    60 min
    Instructor
    Olena Kravets
  2. Floor flow: linking breath to movement

You start moving in sequence. Transitions are taught slowly and repeated until they feel ordinary rather than effortful.

Taught here: half sun salutation, plank on knees, downward-facing dog, squat to stand, supine twist.

Carries into step 03: the ability to move and breathe at the same time without losing your footing.

    Times
    Tue & Thu 19:00, Sun 11:00
    Length
    60 min
    Instructor
    Dmytro Shevchenko
  3. Standing balance: weight and alignment

Now you work upright. A wall or a chair stays nearby for every balance pose, and nothing is held longer than you can hold it cleanly.

Taught here: warrior I and II, tree pose with wall support, side bends, heel raises, standing pilates series.

Carries into step 04: stable ankles and hips, and the stamina to stay standing through a full hour.

    Times
    Mon & Thu 08:00, Wed 19:30
    Length
    60 min
    Instructor
    Iryna Bondar
  4. Independent flow: your own pace

The last step. Sequences are longer, the cues are quieter, and you choose the depth of each shape yourself.

Taught here: full sun salutation, triangle, chair flow, short pilates core set, guided relaxation.

Carries beyond the studio: a routine short enough to repeat at home in twenty minutes.

    Times
    Tue 07:30, Fri 18:00, Sat 11:30
    Length
    60 min
    Instructor
    Marta Hlushko

Where should you start?

Five short questions about your experience, the pace you prefer and the time you have each week. We suggest one of the four steps as your starting point.

1. How much movement practice do you have right now?
2. What pace feels right for an hour of movement?
3. How often can you realistically come each week?
4. How much instructor guidance do you want?
5. Where are you starting from physically?

This is a general suggestion only. It is not a medical or fitness assessment, and your instructor confirms the starting step with you before your first class. If you have an injury or a health condition, tell us when you book and read our Health Disclaimer.
